Thank you for shopping with us at Fort Fashion Club. Please carefully review our policies regarding returns and refunds.
No Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer personalized embroidery and print products, including custom-designed t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, oversized t-shirts. Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any items unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damages and Defective Items
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
To report a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at info@graffiq.in.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer a replacement or resolve the matter accordingly.
Exceptions to the Policy
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
Custom Products: All personalized items (including custom - Embroidery and print products apparel and are final sale.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective and your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
In case of replacement, the replaced product will be delivered within 7 working days.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
